Heather Mill's ex Personal Trainer wins Bronze at the PUMA Taekwondo World Championships
Known mostly for being Heather Mills' ex Personal Fitness Trainer, Ben Amigoni has stepped out of the celebrity limelight to grab a bronze at the recent PUMA World Taekwondo Championships held recently in Swindon, Wilts.
The event attracted over 600 Taekwondo fighters from across the globe. Amigoni was fighting in the Male Black Belt 75Kg Category, winning three of his fights and eventually losing in the semi-final.
Amigoni was selected for the tournament by Global Tae kwon do International, which practices the ITF style of Taek Kwon Do.
