Don't blink or you will miss this superb knock-out at a recent WTF Taekwondo competition held in Blackpool. Blackpool teenager Conor Bailey wrote himself firmly into Taekwondo lore and probably the record books for what must be one of the fastest knock-outs ever seen at a competition.
Connor was fighting at the Supreme Taekwondo Technical and Sparring Championships in Widnes, where he grabbed to sparring gold medals..
